We want you to love your new Superga sneakers, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the soles are clean and the box is undamaged to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Sneakers

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Superga box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer cardboard box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
